Some of the deepest purple tones I’ve seen to date have arisen from breeding with Tetra Grace Pierce, which passes on wide blunt sepals, petals and flower size. The blooms are held on erect scapes which hold the 18-20 blooms well above the foliage. A very reluctant pod parent the pollen is quite easy to use.
