Visiting Information

GARDEN VISITORS: We very much enjoy garden visitors during the May bloom season, or by appointment. Typical peak bloom is between May 7-24, but bloom can be enjoyed from mid April until well into the summer. We will be in the garden the entire month of May. The garden sprinklers come on starting at noon so please come early. WE WILL BE CLOSED MONDAYS FOR SHIPPING.

LOCATION: We are opposite Mariner’s Cove Park in Enterprise Florida, where there are picnic tables and rest facilities. Also opposite the park are the Reilly Daylily Garden and Pat & Grace Stamile’s, Floyd Cove Nursery. Three gardens almost side by side! We are less than three miles off of Interstate 4 (I-4) between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Take exit #108 off of I-4. As you exit I-4 turn left onto DeBary Ave. (a.k.a. Doyle Rd.) Drive 1 mile to the traffic light at Main Street. Make a right turn onto Main Street and we are about two miles ahead opposite the Tennis/Basketball courts of Mariners Cove County Park. We are on your left.

PARTY: For the past two years Jane and I, along with the other hybridizers in our County have hosted a party in our garden. This year, due to the date of the National Convention occurring right in the middle of our bloom season, we will not do so. You are all invited and encouraged to come and visit us and each and every garden in the area during the bloom season. We wish to thank all of those who did attend our parties and we hope you enjoyed yourselves. Jane and I feel we must give a special thanks to our friends and neighbors, Gary and Holly Williams; and their friends Susan and Carl Hopf, and our friends Tom and Paula Allen, without whose work efforts these two wonderful parties could not have occurred, and also to  hybridizer and awesome chef, Gunda Abajian.
