JAMAICAN PARADISE (D. Trimmer) Tetraploid ((Dancing With Julie) x (Jamaican Music x Seedling)) 34” EM. Re. Ev. 6 ¾” JAMAICAN PARADISE and DUKE ELLINGTON were the two cultivars from this years introductions that I used in an effort to raise the height of my large flowered program. I believe extra large flowers need to be displayed on taller scapes and I’m constantly looking for cultivars such as these two. Easily fertile, JAMAICAN PARADISE is a pale peach with a rouge red eye and edge. Two laterals typically carry about 25 buds on each scape. |
