Sev. 9” Key West and tropical destinations whether real or imagined inspired our parrot series. PARROTS HILTON is a bright orange rebloomer with exotic black anthers and a green throat. This Parrot is registered as an Unusual Form Crispate. This cultivar has always been in the full Florida sun and I cannot state that it is pod fertile. I was previously unable to set on last year’s orange introduction, FIREBIRD SUITE but did so this past spring with ease once I had it planted in the shade. I hope PARROTS HILTON will prove fertile in more temperate climes. |
