PARROTS OF THE CARIBBEAN (D. Trimmer) Tetraploid  (Seedling x Pumpkin Prince) x Sense Of Wonder) 30” E. Re. Ev. 5 1/4” The name for this dramatic bloom comes from a wonderful Parrot Jane and I encountered on the streets of Key West while on vacation with Mathew and Lanie Kaskel. PARROTS OF THE CARIBBEAN has tall erect scapes which carry the blooms well above the arched fine foliage with two lateral branches and about 18 blooms per scape. The wide fancy red edge is also surrounded by a fine gold edge. I set many pods with ease last year, and eagerly look forward to see what will come from these babies this coming season.
