LAVENDER ECHOES (Jane Trimmer) Tetraploid (unknown x unknown) 27" E. Ev. 8" To my taste at 27" I consider this a low lying, compact cultivar with flowers just above the foliage. It has a dramatic throat pattern with a light lavender plum eye and a slight serrated edge. Shades of lavender echo out from an applique eye of lavender and yellow green. I had no rebloom last year but our garden irrigation was not working properly so I really am not sure if it will re bloom with more water. It has 18 buds and 2 laterals. |
