SKY LAB (Jane Trimmer) Tetraploid ((Rolling Raven X (Sdlg x Royal Celebration) 50" EM Ev. 9" My son Steven made a beautiful electronic song named SKYLAB and this flower shares the names of his song. I have an affinity for space names because a close friend Bill Vojir, a brilliant Northrup Grumman, rocket scientist has been a part of my life since I was four years old! Bill was part of the team that landed the LEM on the moon.Our family laments the closing of the space shuttle program. SKYLAB is a very tall and graceful black, purple with a large green, yellow eye pattern and a green heart. It is fertile and again I am not positive about rebloom due to our irrigation problems this spring. It has 22 buds and 2 laterals.
