DIXIELAND DELIGHT (Dan Trimmer) Tetraploid (Unknown X Unknown) 28" EM. Re. Ev. 6 3/4" Huge 8" blooms start off our bloom season. Years ago the first blooms in the garden each bloom season were little yellow ones, but how times have changed!. As the season progresses the blooms of DIZIELAND DELIGHT get a bit smaller, to the registered size, but remain grand! Especially dramatic are the huge lavender and purple babies she produces that like DIXIELAND DELIGHT sport huge gold metallic edges. Seed set is very good for such a large bloom and she has three laterals, a terminal Y and 20 buds per scape.
