MACKENZIE'S RAINBOW (Dan Trimmer) Tetraploid (Dragonfly Dawn X Tetra Kaleidoscope) 28" E. Re. Ev. 6 1/2" (Sdlg. 1-3) A magical cultivar that has ever changing faces during the bloom season. The very pale clean petal color displays eyes with bands of blue, violet and blue violet that range from extremely nice to "Oh Wow!" Like most of the Dragonfly Dawn kids pod fertility was stunning. Typical branching is three lateral branches, a terminal Y, and about 26 buds per scape. Like all of my patterned offerings this year there are very few plants available. Just like our granddaughter, Mackenzie, she is a heart stealer.
