SIESTA KEY SUNRISE (D. Trimmer) Tetraploid 26” 7 1/2” M. Re. Ev. (Unknown X Baja California) This huge, extremely ruffled flower is a pastel infused orange with a pale rouge eye and massive double edge. The compact plants grow and increase well and the blooms were profuse throughout the entire summer. Due to the extreme heat when lined out pod fertility is unknown. This cultivar is named after our favorite vacation beach where Jane, Dan, Jennifer, Ehren, Mackenzie and Delaney have spent vacation time the past several years. It was also nearby where we visited a Marc Chagall show where we learned of this great artist's love of flowers. (Please see Thoughts From The Garden in the front of this catalog).
