PUNXSUTAWNEY PHIL comes from a perhaps illogical cross of one spidery flower and the other, a round ruffled bloom. The result was a tall stunning 7 ¾”cultivar that should have garden impact and remain on the scene long after most current pastels have left our gardens since I believe flowers are mostly about the color and all else is secondary. PHIL has size, color and impact to spare.
