(Dan Trimmer, 1999). (FOOLED ME x TETRA WINGS OF CHANCE) Tetraploid 24” 5 1/2” Dormant, M, Re. A very ruffled warm gold bloom with a maroon red eye and wire edge RUBY MOON is the last of my very hard dormants created in the north and brought with me to Florida that I will be introducing. I do not recommend this cultivar for those living in the very deep south, but highly recommend it for those seeking more dormancy in their breeding lines or where dormants typically do well. I believe “the picture says it all” is all I should say here. Nice branching and a budcount of 20, RUBY MOON is a favorite of mine. |
